Artist Takashi Murakami, has teamed up with G-Shock to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Tokyo FM. This Frogman is HOT! Check out the packaging also to see some of Takashi's classic designs on the G-Shock cushion. KanYe has definitely played a big part in the recent success of this artist in the western art world and you will see his art and instantly recognise it from "Graduation". Expect to see these in very few places from September 11th.
Mitchell & Ness are smacking it for me on the NBA fitted's front recently. Just check out this, quite frankly, AMAZING Raptors fitted they have just put out. Strictly Fitteds had this to say;
"Vince Carter was dubbed “Air Canada” for his gravity defying dunks that left Toronto Raptor fans in awe. Take it back to the days where Vinsanity was posterizing anyone that got in his way with the MITCHELL & NESS Toronto Raptors fitted cap seen above. The hat sports a throwback look with a Purple base, Silver embroidery and their older logo. Completing this fitted cap are Red accents including eyelets, undervsior and Mithcell & Ness stitched on the back."
So get hold of one of these EastWestWorldwide now for around $28 (bargain!)

It may have been obvious to you before now, but it only occurred to me that everyone else had decided to bring the NBA Jersey back into fashion this summer in the UK when I was at Wireless Festival to see Jay-Z on Sunday. So with this being right up my street, I decided to do a 'Gotta Get Me One Of Those!'.
I have found a few big alternatives for this style and I gotta say; I ordered one of these myself today. I have been after a Celtics road jersey for a loooong time now and finally I got one as a present from my big sis for my birthday this week.
First up is the cheapest of the 3, Drop Dead's "Bull Vest" available now from iheartdropdead.com for £20 HERE. Bassed on the Chicago Bulls emblem with a Drop Dead twist, this vest has seen the back of a lot of scene kids this summer. The sizes are kinda limited at the moment, only a X-Small, Large and X-Large are in stock ATM.
Next is a step up, I picked up one of these today and I can't wait for it to arrive. Ebay has a humungous selection of NBA jerseys on sale from as little as £12, you need to shop around and really take a look at the feedback of a lot of sellers, as a great deal of these jerseys are not legit. Things to look out for are the name of the player and team looking dodgy and as I am sure most of you will have an idea whether or not a jersey is a fake or just an old (not a throwback) unwanted design or color way. I ordered a Boston Celtics road jersey and it set me back around £35. Here are a couple of Le'Bron James Cavaliers jerseys that you can get for similar money by just searching Ebay for a bargain.
Also if i were you i would look up some teams that no longer play, for that retro look I got myself a Vancouver Grizzlies Jersey a couple of months back and I picked up a custom New Era from ECapCity from the same team. The Charlotte Hornet's are another retro side that aren't playing anymore, check Ebay for some bargain shirts of theirs and you can find plenty of Hornets New Era's over at Rock'N'Jocks HERE or Cranium Fitteds HERE.
Now if you wanna go all out and you know your team then there is only one place to pick up a decent jersey, NBA.COM! They have everything money can buy on there from this Authentic Jordan Bulls vest HERE for $299.99....
...to this Nate Robinson Celtics replica road jersey HERE for $44.99.
They ship world wide and you know what your buying is the best quality imaginable. Remember basketball jerseys come in three different styles; Authentic, Replica and Swingman.
Authentic as close as it gets to the top quality jerseys that they actually wear on the court in the NBA. Swingman is one level down from that, so you still get the lettering and numbering sewn on in most casses but they aren't quite the same as the on-court authentic. Replica jerseys tend to have a wider shoulder and are always screan printed, so no stitching on the logo/team design or the players name. At NBA.COM the price differences between teams and styles can be vast. You can pick up most Replica from just $44.99, Swingman's start from $49.99 and Authentic's are from $169.99 upwards.
Remember if you do opt for Ebay then make sure you do some research into the seller and check to see that what your buying is legit!!! If you need some help then comment here and I will check um out for ya.

Just browsing the interanetington and on TheFastLife.com's blog I noticed that they have got in a whole bunch of designs for Famous Stars & Straps new shoe line. I have made my pick of the bunch and its the OG High in Grey. The tab detailing on the back of these is really nice, expect to these shoes all over the feet of say Travis Barker or Lil'Wayne that actually has a signature pair already. Lil'Wayne is growing on me I must say... any way check out the whole collection over at FMS Shoe's website HERE or check out where you can order them over at Mouse Limited HERE ranging between $57.99 to $83.99!

Capcom and Nintendo released an epic game in April this year, Monster Hunter Tri. I know its a little late as its now July but I have just ordered the game with the Classic Controller Pro and I can't wait to get my mits on it. I suppose you could say it was a little bit like Pokemon for adults, you travel around hunting monsters on vast landscapes and collecting parts to upgrade your weaponry. This series has taken Japan by storm and the last monster hunter title sold more PSP's in the east then ever before. The control system is supposedly a little tricky in comparison to say Zelda or Final Fantasy but dont let that put you off, because the online play allows you to get help from people, in getting used to the controls and the gameplay. Here are a few shots from the game and a little trailer to get your mouth watering.
You can get a copy now at most videogame retailers. Right now at game.co.uk its only £34.99 for just the game, £47.99 for the game and the Classic Controller Pro bundle and you can also go all out on the "Ultimate Hunter Pack" which includes the Classic Controller Pro, Wii Speak and a little statue of the flagship monster for this game "Lagiacrus" for £59.99. Today was day 1 recording for The Tandem Umbrella's debut EP. We started recording "Donatello" and its sounding pretty fat already. I laid down a few vocal takes to map out my vocals in the track and we got most of the pre-mix phase finished in 5 hours. We have still got to record the acoustic drum tracks and add in all the samples and what not. In the next session we will be completing my vocal parts for "Donatello" and starting work on the track that will take the most amount of live instruments; "Play The Fool". The creative juices have been flowing today and I am really happy with our first days work. Expect to see some pics of us recording with my next diary entry and if your really lucky then maybe a short teaser video :-P
