ESPN's NBA Insider have released a series of new 5950's with New Era. Before we saw them opting for the American border line as a window over the emblem of each team. Now, with the NBA play off final looming between the Celtics and the Lakers, they have opted for the outline of the Play Off Champions Trophy. I hope everyone has enjoyed watching the play-offs as much as i have this year, well so far that is, im a C's fan you see. Which brings me to confusion surrounding why there isn't a Celtics version available, i mean they are even in the final, it seems that ESPN's NBA Insider have been vastly misinformed ;-) hopefully they will drop one soon! As we all know I love most things Disney or Mickey Mouse inspired, so I have put together a few bits and bobs that are around at the moment that fans of the high pitched talking rodent will enjoy.
First up is this g-shock DW-5600 made possible by 'Jam Home Made'.

This week I am auctioning off a Tokidoki X Marvel X New Era 59fifty in a 7 3/4. Very rare, sold out almost straight away!! Gabriel Dishaw is one cool Mofo if you ask me. The sneaker loving artist has 7 pairs of computer part sneaker sculptures on display in Chicago at the moment. That is right up my street really, geeky and nike.
Here is what Nice Kicks had to say about it;
" Gabriel Dishaw is a environmentally-friendly artist. He also loves sneakers. As a part of the 360SEE art exhibition that started on Earth Day, a collection of Dishaw’s work are on display in Chicago at St. Alfred sneaker boutique through the end of May.
7 sneakers were recreated for the collection out of recycled electronics and computer parts, like typewriters and laptops. The Nike Air Max 90, Waffle Racer and Dunk are just a number of the Nike shoes recreated for the collection. He also created 3 different wearable Air Force 1 customs that can be ordered until five exist for each design. Since many sneakerheads prize special edition packaging as much the shoes themselves, the shoes in the show also come packaged in functional and custom vintage luggage. "

I love south park, I have seen every episode and I have been watching it since it started. A die hard fan you could say, well any way here is a fitted due to come out soon from Concept 1 (a merchandising company) that represents Kenny in his signature hooded orange parka.
SF had this to say;
"Trey Parker and Matt Stone’s, Award Winning SOUTH PARK has been “taking it there” since the early Ninties, with his [HIS?? They are not one guy! Gosh SF, get some decent writers, like ...ME!] off beat, politically incorrect and crude humor. CONCEPT 1 has chosen everyone’s favorite animated resurrection case, Kenny McCormick and produced a fitted baseball cap. True to the character, bulk of the design resembles the Orange parka Kenny wears. This is a production sample. The news is slim about release dates and doors. We’re taking odds on a Dead Kenny variant appearing."
